Every file is checked
Each motion ad is checked for size, length and safe areas before it reaches you. The 20 statics get the Creative Pack checks.

What we need from you
The same as the Creative Pack
The details go in the order form. The photos come after payment, on your order page.
Your photos sit in private, encrypted storage, are used only to make your order and are never mixed with our agency clients' data. They are deleted 30 days after upload. Our privacy policy lists every service that handles them, including one used only for the Motion Pack.

Refunds
When money comes back
- Late delivery If we miss the delivery time shown at checkout by more than twice that time, the order is refunded in full.
- No photos If no photos arrive within 7 days of payment, the order is refunded in full.
- Ads that fail our checks The creative pack rules in our refund policy apply.
- You do not need to ask These refunds are made after review, usually within 2 working days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually 5 to 7 working days after approval. Read the full refund policy.

What is a motion ad here?
A short vertical video, about 13.5 seconds, built from your product photos with movement, on-screen words, a music bed and an end card.
Is there a voiceover or a person in it?
No. There is no voiceover, actor or creator.
Which placements is it for?
9:16 placements such as Reels and Stories. Words stay inside the safe area.
Do I get the static ads too?
Yes. The Motion Pack includes the full Creative Pack of 20 static ads.
How long does it take?
Usually within 24 hours of your photos arriving. The ready-by time is shown before you pay. It counts the packs ahead of yours. We take at most 2 Motion Pack orders a day.
Why is it not open yet?
It opens after one real pack passes our checks. Leave your email in the form at the top of this page and we will tell you when it is ready.
Can I use the ads for a client?
Yes. Our terms let you use what we deliver for your own business and your own clients.
