The time shown at checkout already counts the current queue. If we run late we email you a new time; if we miss it by more than twice the promised time, the order is refunded in full after review, usually within 2 working days.

Download links in emails work for 7 days. Your order page creates fresh links each time you open it, until the files are deleted 30 days after delivery. To get the email again, use the button on your order page.
