Refunds and cancellation
Refunds you do not have to ask for
We refund your order in full, without you asking, if we cannot deliver it, if we miss the delivery time shown at checkout by more than twice that time, or if a paid order that needs your files receives none within 7 days. These refunds are made after review, usually within 2 working days.
Refunds on request

| Meta Ads Audit report | Within 7 days of delivery, if a number in the report does not match the file you uploaded. |
| Creative packs | If 10 to 19 of the 20 ads pass our checks, ₹150 is refunded for each missing ad. If fewer than 10 pass, you keep them and the full price is refunded. You do not need to ask: both are refunded after review, usually within 2 working days. Otherwise within 7 days of delivery if the pack is defective. |
| Digital kits | Within 7 days if you have not downloaded the files, or at any time if a file is defective. |
| D2C Ad Benchmarks | If a Monday report is skipped, a quarter of that month's price is refunded after review, usually within 2 working days, without you asking. |
| Subscriptions | Cancel at any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part-months, except when the service failed. |

How refunds are paid
A person at Monastic Media reviews every refund, usually within 2 working days. Once approved, it goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days. For an invoiced order we issue a GST credit note.
Cancelling a subscription
Use the Cancel button on your order page. It takes one click and stops all future charges.
