Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to every purchase and every free tool on tools.monastic.media, sold by ECOMFIRST VENTURES (trading as Monastic Media), 401, 4th Floor, Kalp Business Center, Citylight, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India ("we"). By ticking the box at checkout you accept them.

1. What you get

Each product page states what is delivered, in what format and by when. Delivery is digital: an email from hello@monasticmedia.co and your private order page. Times on the page are estimates that depend on the queue; the page shows the expected time before you pay.

2. Analysis and AI-made output

Our tools analyse the files you give us, and some use AI to draft text or images. The output is an analysis of your data and our suggestions, not a promise of results. Advertising results depend on many things outside our control. You decide what to act on. Every number in an audit report comes from your own file; where we compare with other data we say where it came from.

3. Your files and your rights

You must own the files, photos and product information you upload, or have the right to use them. You keep all rights in them. You give us permission to process them only to deliver your order. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Licence for what we deliver

You may use what we deliver for your own business and your own clients. Digital kits (hook libraries, templates, checklists) are licensed to the buyer's business; you may not resell, republish or share them as they are. Creative packs made from your photos are yours to use in your ads.

5. Prices and payment

Prices include GST. Payment is taken by Razorpay. We issue a GST invoice for every paid order. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancellation takes one click on your order page and stops all future charges. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

6. Refunds

See Refunds and cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

7. Fair use

Do not upload files that you are not allowed to share, that contain malware, or that contain other people's personal data beyond what the product needs. Do not try to break, overload or resell the tools. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this rule and refund it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you ordered applies to that order.

10. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
