Add a role
Paste the job description. Hiring Desk drafts five to seven weighted criteria from it. Change any of them before or after applications arrive.

Share the apply link
Applicants send their CV, up to three links and answers to up to three of your questions. The form tells them that AI assists the screening and that your team decides.

Read the shortlist
Each applicant gets a score out of 100 with quotes from their own CV for every criterion. Invite the ones you want with your own scheduling link.
What the Starter plan includes
- 3 open roles at a time and 200 applicants screened a month
- A public apply page per role, with an AI notice and an unticked consent box
- A ranked list per role, with evidence quotes and flags (missing CV, unreadable file, text aimed at the screening software)
- Invites three ways: copy the text, open it in your email app, or have it sent from our address with replies going to you
- A daily email when new applicants are scored (you can turn it off)
- Bulk upload of CVs you already hold, for people who agreed to be considered
What it does not do
- It never rejects anyone and never sends rejection emails
- It does not book on your calendar: invites carry your own scheduling link (Calendly, Google appointment pages, Zoho Bookings or similar)
- No WhatsApp messages, no job-board posting, one workspace link per company
Your applicants' data
CVs are encrypted in private storage, read only to screen for your role, never used to train AI and never mixed with anyone else's data. Everything for a role is deleted 30 days after you close it and never kept more than 90 days. "Delete everything" in the workspace does it at once. You are the data fiduciary and we process for you under the data processing terms.
If you go over the month's screenings, new applications are still stored, but they are not scored until the next month. There is no extra charge.
