You are reading this because you filled in a form on a Facebook or Instagram ad, and the business on the form has linked this notice.
Who collects your details
The business named on the form collects your details. It decides how they are used, within this notice.
Monastic Media (ECOMFIRST VENTURES, trading as Monastic Media, 401, 4th Floor, Kalp Business Center, Citylight, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India) runs the ad and the form for that business through its ads portal. We hold your details only to pass them to that business.
What is collected
The fields on the form you filled in. Usually your name, phone number, e-mail, city and the answers you gave.
The form shows every field before you send it. Nothing else is collected through it.
How it is used
- Only to contact you about that business's offer.
- Never sold.
- Never used by Monastic Media for its own marketing. We do not contact you ourselves.
- Never used to train AI.
Who handles it

How long it is kept
Up to 12 months after you send the form. The business can delete it sooner.
If the business closes its portal account, your details are deleted within 90 days.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your details.
Ask the business first. Or write to hello@monastic.media with the business's name, and we will delete your details and tell the business.
